Tip of the Week

We’ve had a couple of our readers ask about how to take a “selfie” picture with Surface camera, so I thought I’d write it up as a Tip of the Week.

In order to take a selfie, you need to change the cameras, from rear camera to front camera on the Surface. It’s actually quite an easy thing to do.

Here is how:

1. Open the Camera App on your Surface.
   
2. Swipe down from the top of the camera window (this brings up the Camera Options, as seen below.)
   
3. Tap Change Camera – now you can see yourself in the front facing camera.
4. Take picture as usual.
5. Tap Change Camera again to go back.

That’s all there is to taking a selfie picture with Surface Camera.

These camera options also allow you to set a timer and change exposure.
