While all of these services are pretty cool, the one that might be the most valuable for you is probably the one you’ve never heard of – the Assure Support Plan.
Assure, essentially, gives you a year of direct 24-hour help-desk support from Microsoft. The support can be anything from help installing software all the way to one-on-one training on how do do something with your Surface. This is different from Microsoft Complete Warranty because it applies to anything related to Windows, not just Surface hardware issues.
